Lists the phone menus on your account, ordered by extension number ascending. direct_dial comes back as a real boolean here, while the other fields keep their stored types. List rows do not carry managed_by or replaced_by_flow — fetch a menu individually to see whether a call flow owns it. greet_long, greet_short, invalid_sound, exit_sound and ringback come back as sound references (an object such as {"type": "recording", "id": "…"}), or null when not set, in the same form a create or update takes.
