Returns your account's SMS billing summary for one month: segments used, segments included, overage segments, the number of messages sent, the overage rate and the amount owed. Usage and allowance are counted in segments while messageCount counts whole messages, and rate and amount are in dollars. Only your own account's usage is reported. A month with nothing recorded comes back as zeros.
