Returns the current state of a call by its identifier. The call service's response is passed back with its status intact — including its failures, which are returned before the ownership check runs. A response that succeeds but contains no matching call is reported as 404. A key with the User role must own the extension on the call, and an API key does not inherit the extensions of the person who created it.
