Permanently deletes a recording, then its audio file. This cannot be undone — there is no trash and no restore, so keep your own copy of anything you may need again.
A recording that anything uses can't be deleted: a phone menu, ring group, extension, phone number, queue, day/night switch or call flow. The answer is 409 sound_in_use, and uses lists where it is used; choose another sound there first. A greeting a call flow generated for itself answers 409 managed_by_call_flow.
The recording is removed before its audio, so a refused or failed delete never leaves anything pointing at missing audio. If the audio file then can't be removed from storage, the recording is still deleted and the answer is 200 with audio_removed: false. Requires an API key with the Admin role.
