List number access

https://api.emaktalk.com/api/v1/numbers/{phoneNumberId}/access

Returns who can use a phone number: groups first, then users, with owners listed before members in each. Disabled user accounts are left out. An Admin key can read the access list for any number on your account; any other key needs its own member or owner grant on that number.

400The number ID is not a valid UUID.

401Your key has no identity to authorize against.

403Your key has no grant on this number and is not an account admin.

404No such number on your account, or the lookup failed.

500The access list could not be read.
