Removes a person from your account, along with their settings, groups, extension assignments, faxes, email-to-fax entries and account assignments. The stages run in sequence and are not transactional, so a failure partway through leaves the earlier stages already applied and answers 400. Requires an API key with the Admin role, and you cannot delete someone who outranks you.
