Lists the answered long distance calls on your account, each with the cost charged to you. With filter=totalCustomerCost the response is instead a single number: those costs summed, counting a call with no recorded cost as zero. fromDate and toDate bound the call's start time inclusively and are used exactly as you send them, so pass a full date or timestamp.
