Sends a failed fax again, as a new fax: same document (its coversheet included), recipient, subject, quality and language. The failed fax log is left as it is.
Who may call it: an API key with All permissions, for every fax server of your account.
Use it: for a sent fax whose fax_status is failed with one of these fax_result_text reasons: connection_channel_limit_exceeded, fax_signaling_error, invalid_ecm_response_from_receiver, outbound_profile_channel_limit_exceeded, outbound_profile_daily_spend_limit_exceeded, receiver_call_dropped, receiver_communication_error, receiver_decline, receiver_incompatible_destination, receiver_no_answer, receiver_no_response, receiver_recovery_on_timer_expire, user_busy, user_channel_limit_exceeded, service_unavailable. Any other reason, Retry Sending (an automatic retry is already waiting) included, is refused with 422.
Response: 200 Fax retry queued successfully. The answer doesn't carry the new fax: find it as the newest tx fax in GET /fax/logs.
Notes:
- Nothing records that a fax was retried, so calling this twice sends it twice.
- The new fax goes through the same checks as
POST /fax/send. A refusal there comes back here with its status and message, anderrorServer Error.
