Deletes a voicemail box along with its options, copy destinations, messages and greetings, and removes its stored audio. A mailbox still referenced by a managed call flow is refused with 409, and that check runs before the account-level authorization check. The deletion runs in stages and can stop partway: audio-cleanup errors are logged without failing the delete, and a greeting removal that fails is not detected.
