Returns the full record of one completed call. The flow and transcript parts are omitted unless you ask for them with include. A key with the Admin role can read any call on the account except one-to-one calls between two of your extensions, which stay visible only to the people on them; an unknown call and a call you may not see both answer 404, and the access check fails closed, so a lookup error also reads as 404.
