Deletes one language's translation of a question, removes its generated audio and republishes the survey's call routing. The survey's default language cannot be deleted — that comes back as 400. Audio cleanup failures are tolerated and do not fail the deletion, and a translation that cannot be read is reported as 404 rather than an error.
