Records that someone viewed or downloaded a fax's document, in the fax's access history. Use it when your integration shows or stores a fax for someone, so your account's records say so.
Who may call it: an API key with All permissions, for every fax server of your account.
Effect: an entry in access_history (GET /fax/logs/{logId}) with the client's IP address and user agent. access_count goes up, so a received fax no longer shows as unopened in our apps.
Response: 200 PDF access logged successfully.
Notes: the entry names the fax's own document. A deletion is recorded by DELETE /fax/logs/{logId} itself and can't be recorded here.
