Grant number access

Grants a user or group access to a phone number, as a member unless you ask for owner. Because a number must always have an owner, adding the first grant can also create one — possibly making the admin group the owner. Re-adding a principal that already has a grant answers 200 and leaves its role unchanged, so use PATCH to change a role. The grant is recorded in the number's history.

200The principal already had a grant. Its role is unchanged.

201The grant was created.

400The body was not valid JSON, or the number ID, principal or role was invalid.

401Your key has no identity to authorize against.

403Your key is neither an account admin nor an owner of this number.

404No such number on your account, or the lookup failed.

409The write would break the rule that a number must always have an owner.

500An owner could not be established, or the grant could not be written.
