List webhook subscriptions

Lists the webhook subscriptions on your account, ordered by name. A subscription fires on exactly one call event — its event_trigger is one of New Call, Ringing, Call Answer, Call Hangup or Fax Content — and must have enabled set to true; event_trigger_filters is stored and returned here but never applied when events are dispatched. A POST subscription is delivered as one fire-and-forget HTTPS request to request_url, Content-Type: application/json, whose entire body is {"eventType": "<trigger>"} — no call ID, numbers, timestamps or account, and no signature, delivery ID, retry or delivery log, so the only thing your receiver can authenticate by is a header it set itself. Two delivery details to plan around: custom headers are not sent for a subscription that has header_json set, and a subscription whose header_json is null aborts the whole dispatch so no subscription on your account receives that event — set header_json to an empty string instead. Whatever you put in header_json, an Authorization header included, is returned here in clear; subscriptions with body_payload_type of web_push go to a push-notification service rather than your URL, and GET subscriptions deliver nothing at all.
