Places a call from one of your extensions. Give the account domain in tenant and the originating extension in extension; every other field you send is forwarded to the call service unchanged, and the status and body of the attempt come back from that service. A key with the User role must own the extension it dials from, and an API key does not inherit the extensions of the person who created it — a key with the Admin role is authorized by account membership instead.
